{"id":2573,"date":"2025-04-22T13:00:12","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T11:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/syntropie.eu\/?p=2573"},"modified":"2025-04-22T12:55:26","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T10:55:26","slug":"annotated-grant-agreement-version-2-0-published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/syntropie.eu\/index.php\/2025\/04\/22\/annotated-grant-agreement-version-2-0-published\/","title":{"rendered":"Annotated Grant Agreement &#8211; Version 2.0 published"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Annotated Grant Agreement (AGA) is the reference document that guides the agreement between the European Commission (EC) and the consortium in EU programmes, including Horizon Europe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On April 1, 2025, the EC released an updated version of the AGA on the EU Funding &amp; Tenders Portal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main changes implemented in the new published version are:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clarification of the instructions for calculating daily rates, specifically personnel costs declared after the end of the action (Article 6.1 and 6.2.A.1) and the 215-day ceiling (Article 6.2.A);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New rules for calculating unit costs for travel, accommodation and subsistence: ferries, boats and allowances for breakfast and commuting have been included (Article 6.2.C.1);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clear regulations for combining EU funds with recovery and resilience facility (RRF) actions (Article 6.3);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New instructions on record-keeping (Article 20 and Article 21.2);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special rules for external EU funding programmes such as RELEX;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New requirements regarding gender equality plans, ethical principles and intellectual property use (Annex 5).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The changes presented in the AGA Version 2.0 supplement the existing rules and are now marked with a small green square.
