Administration
- Facilitate the communication between partners.
- Continuous monitoring of the project activities and outcomes.
- Support the planning and organisation of consortium meetings.
- Monitor the preparation and delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
- Support the elaboration and consolidation of technical reports.
Finances
- Support all financial and reporting-related matters for all project partners.
- Monitor resource usage.
- Create financial reporting templates.
- Support the periodic and final financial reporting, including GA system upload
Quality & Risk Monitoring
- Definition of quality control procedures through the development of specific guidelines for quality assurance.
- Identification and monitoring of risks and development of mitigation measures, if necessary.
Data Management
- Create the Data Management Plan to ensure the best practices for sharing the project results are followed.
- Set up and maintenance of a cloud-based system for document sharing between partners.
